Return Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

 

 

The goods must then be returned in accordance with our general terms and conditions, article 4:

 

4.1. The product must not be used or damaged

 

During this period, the Consumer must handle the products and packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether it meets the specifications stated in the offer. If the products have been used or in any way damagedthe right of withdrawal or contract termination expires.

 

4.2. Notifying Cortori of the withdrawal

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Cortori (Hellegatstraat 5, 2590 Berlaar sales@cortori.com) via a clear statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or email) of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but is not obliged to do so. 

 

4.3. Proof of timely return of the product

 

When the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product along with all supplied accessories and in its original state and packaging to Cortori, Hellegatstraat 5, 2590 Berlaar within 14 days after notifying Cortori of the withdrawal. The consumer must prove that the returned products were sent to Cortori on time, for example, by providing a proof of postal delivery.

 

4.4. Return costs borne by the Customer

 

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. However, the return costs will not be borne by the customer if the delivered product or provided service does not correspond to the description of the offer.

 

4.5. How to return?

 

If you wish to return a package, you can always do so at your own expense, and you will receive a full refund. You can also request a return label from Cortori. This costs:

  • 10 euros – For packages smaller than 150 cm if all other conditions are met.
  • 20 euros – For packages larger than 150 cm if all other conditions are met. These packages must always be returned via UPS. 

You can request the return label by emailing info@cortori.com with your name and order number.

 

4.5.1 How to exchange?

 

To exchange your order, you can send an email to info@cortori.com. Please include your order number and the product you wish to exchange.

 

4.6. Purchase automatically finalized after 14 days

 

If the consumer does not return the delivered products to Cortori after the 14-day period, the purchase is automatically finalized.

 

4.7. What will be refunded?

 

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, Cortori will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including the standard shipping costs (unless a return label was used), within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Cortori has been notified of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. In sales contracts, Cortori may withhold the refund until all goods have been received, or until the Customer has proven that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

 

 4.8. Alternative delivery method

 

Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Cortori will not be refunded.

 

4.9. Refunds processed via the same payment method as used by the customer

Cortori will refund the Customer using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not be charged any fees for such a refund.

 

4.10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following agreements:

  • Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which Cortori has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
  • Supply of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person.
  • Supply of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life.
  • Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other products due to their nature.
  • Supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the execution has begun with the Customer’s explicit prior consent.
